- Wear or bring loose fitting exercise clothes and shoes. Also bring a change of clothes for afterwards if you would like to shower and change.
- The test is performed at our private gym located in upper midtown near UES.
What to Expect
Make sure to wear or bring loose fitting clothes for jogging and a pair of running shoes.
The VO2 Max is done using a treadmill, mask, and heart-rate monitor and takes about 30 minutes to perform.
After the test is complete, you are welcome to shower and change in one of our 3 private bathrooms. We offer complimentary shampoo and soap and towels for your convenience.
You'll receive the accurate VO2 Max test results before leaving.
