Unparalleled care and expertise.
Personal training certifications provide the illusion of competence, education, and experience — which are all important when choosing the right person to entrust with your health and fitness. Unfortunately, most consumers don’t even know to ask about their personal trainer’s educational background.
Bringing all of the pieces together to manage your health and fitness isn’t easy. From exercising correctly; to treating and preventing aches, pains, and injuries; to ensuring what you eat not only helps you live longer, but better as well, is a daunting task.
Firstly, because each of these areas is a specific discipline: Personal Training, Physical Therapy & Nutrition.
Secondly, because these services have a high bio-individuality quotient, which requires proper testing and benchmarking, so that the solutions are customized for each individual.
And thirdly, because these services are usually provided in an unorchestrated fashion from individual sole practitioners who do not communicate with each other or coordinate plans for their clients.
Most health and fitness services not only keep clients beholden to a sole practitioner and his or her schedule, but do not offer any level of care outside of scheduling appointments.

Performance Coach
Nadeen’s work at Apex is built on the technical foundation of her Master’s in Exercise Physiology from Hofstra University. She specializes in taking complex data—like metabolic testing, gait analysis, and bio-mechanical assessments—and turning it into a practical training plan. For her, the goal is not just a better number on a screen, but ensuring her clients move better and stay resilient over the long term.
Beyond the data, Nadeen understands the friction high-achieving New Yorkers face when trying to stay consistent. She has a keen intuition for her clients’ mental and physical states, allowing her to adjust programming in real-time to ensure they stay on track. She knows firsthand the discipline it takes to perform under pressure, having pushed through the mental and physical demands of several marathons.
This mix of clinical knowledge and personal grit helps her identify exactly what a client needs to get from where they are to where they want to be.
Personally, Nadeen emulates the same hybrid approach to training that she achieves with her clients by balancing the demands of long-distance running with a dedicated lifting program. When she isn’t training, she is usually exploring the city with friends.
